Amelie has an incredible capacity for dismantling technical problems into smaller, knowable challenges. This goes alongside a deep appreciation for user needs (understanding them through data or through user research). I was always surprised at the types of conversations I could have with her regarding user journeys and experience - I'm not used to PMs having such fluency in UX. She is also incredibly organized (from documentation to process). On a personal note, she is a genuinely good person. She cares about doing great work, with great people. She is passionate about building things the right way, but is flexible when appropriate. Would strongly recommend her for lead roles in Product, you'd be lucky to have her!

Amelie is a one-of-a-kind product leader. Her leadership, empathy, attention-to-detail, product intuition, business acumen, and perseverance are truly exemplary - and our organization couldn't have thrived as it did without her.
